Event Overview
South Perth United FC presents our Annual Quiz Night for seniors players and coaches! Grab your team mates together and create a table! It will be a night full of laughter, creative questions, drinks and nibbles!
Details:
6.30pm arrive for 7pm start. Quiz finishes by 10pm, bar closes 11pm.
Clubhouse, Challenger Reserve Manning WA 6152.
$120 per table for up to 6 people ($20pp).
Football or any other sports jerseys!
Paul Lawthorpe is our MC/Quiz host (back by popular demand!).
There will be mini games, activities, raffle prizes and auction items.
Cash or efpos available. No need to bring any coins for this one!
Drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) for purchase at the bar. Standard season price list.
Nibbles such as chips and pizza available for purchase at the canteen. You are welcome to bring snacks for your table too if you wish.
Each person attending receives a special gift plus 1 raffle ticket to go in the draw to receive a door prize!
All proceeds raised (including ticket sales) goes directly into the club kitty to be spent on supporting you – the players! As a non-for-profit club we are so grateful for nights like this! In the past proceeds have gone towards new equipment (mini goals and balls) and reducing the cost for players for Seniors Awards Night.

Ticketing FAQ
Table Registration
When purchasing & registering your table of 6, the information we require includes:
- table coordinator name (first and last);
- contact information for the table coordinator (email, mobile);
- if known, other 5 people on the table’s names;
- the team the group plays for (eg. ladies div 5).
Important: you must have a ticket/table registration to attend – there will be no door ticket sales.
Payment
Please note the following:
- the $120 total table price must be paid for in full when registering;
- online payment options: Visa & Mastercard (credit/debit), ApplePay;
- it is the responsibility of the table coordinator to ensure maximum 6 people for the table and collect money for the other 5 people attending;
- it is not possible to lower the table price if there are less than 6 people.
Drinks & Snacks
Alcohol
This is an over 18+ event. Drink responsibly.
The volunteers serving drinks have RSA and a responsibility to refuse service to disorderly or overly intoxicated patrons. Any patrons who are not behaving in an orderly manner will be asked to leave the venue.
No outside alcohol or non-alcoholic drinks can be brought into the venue. Drinks are only able to be purchased from the clubhouse bar/canteen.
Snacks
Attendees are welcome to bring your own snacks.
The canteen will also have hot food available on the night:
- Pizza – $5 for 3 slices.
- Bucket of Hot Chips – $5.
No staff are paid to run this event, it is all volunteers from the club. Please treat everyone with respect.
Proceeds
Proceeds from drinks, food sales, raffle tickets, and auction items all go into the club kitty, to be spent on much needed equipment or subsidise awards night event tickets for players. Meaning, all proceeds go towards your to benefit.
Etiquette
No staff are paid to run this event, it is all volunteers from the club. Please treat everyone with respect.
We pride ourselves on being an inclusive, safe and welcoming club. Attendees are to demonstrate this on the night, similarly to on the field.
Any patrons who are not behaving in an orderly manner risk being asked to leave the venue.
